Job Title
Commis II – Kitchen Department.
Responsibilities
As a Commis II, your day-to-day activities may include:
- Supporting chefs during food preparation and service
- Chopping, peeling, and portioning items as needed
- Ensuring cleanliness of your workspace throughout the day
- Assisting with food presentation and plate setup
- Following kitchen protocols and food safety procedures
- Taking in deliveries and helping store items correctly
- Contributing to smooth kitchen operations during peak hours
Requirements and Qualifications
Education:
Culinary diploma or related certificate is a bonus, but not required if you have hands-on experience
Experience & Knowledge
- Some prior experience working in a kitchen is highly preferred
- Familiar with basic cooking skills and kitchen tools
- Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety is essential
Skills
- Sharp attention to detail
