Responsibilities
- Pitch in with the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie on daily kitchen duties.
- Stick to menu plans to whip up dishes that dazzle guests.
- Keep your station sparkling clean to meet hotel hygiene rules.
- Track food stock to cut waste and keep costs tight.
- Prep daily mis-en-place for the main kitchen or smaller stations.
- Follow senior chefs’ directions to nail every task.
- Deliver top-quality food prep with every plate.

Requirements
