Responsibilities
- Help senior chefs maintain consistent kitchen standards.
- Cook and prepare dishes to meet menu guidelines.
- Measure ingredients accurately for every recipe.
- Use grills, fryers, and other tools safely.
- Keep workstations and utensils clean and sanitized.
- Ensure dishes meet quality and portion standards.
- Restock supplies to support kitchen operations.
- Track stock levels and request supplies promptly.
- Check food temperatures and label items daily.
- Store deliveries properly per company rules.
- Follow FWAD grooming standards for professionalism.
- Comply with safety and chemical handling rules.

Requirements
Education
A diploma in culinary arts from schools like Emirates Academy or Le Cordon Bleu is needed. HACCP or similar food safety certification is a bonus.
Experience
1-2 years in a professional kitchen, such as in hotels or restaurants, is required.
