Collections Officer at First Abu Dhabi Bank is responsible for handling collections legal cases, chq. Execution cases, Civil cases, cases against bank, liaising with collection teams for in court settlements/ releasing cases, handling accountancy cases, assigned cases against the bank, attending different expert meetings, following up with law firms on case stages to minimize losses and maximize collections and cash recovery.
Responsibilities of Collections Officer
- Agrees with line manager and define performance goals at the start of the year and ensures that the goals are achieve during the course of the year.
- Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the reporting manager to ensure that the required trainings are arranged and attended.
- Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all the competencies and skills required to perform the role.
- Keeps professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth.
- Be update on bank policies and procedures, central bank regulations and recent developments.
- Offering timely resolution and satisfactory customer experience.
Role Requirements
