Coffee Ambassador Nestle Dubai

Nespresso (flagship brand linked to Nestle) is seeking a charismatic Coffee Ambassador in 3rd Floor, Dubai World Central HQ Building Near New Al Maktoum International Airport, Dubai, UAE with a deep understanding of coffee and exceptional public speaking skills. Candidate will act as a local Ambassador of the Nespresso both internally and externally, establishing Nespresso as the reference in coffee expertise. Candidate will be the public face of brand, hosting events, recording customer facing videos and tutorials and representing Nespresso in front of the media. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 7000-15000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Coffee Ambassador

• Establish an annual strategy for all internal initiatives linked to Coffee Expertise.
• Implement and manage activities proposed by the Head Quarters and develop other local relevant initiatives.
• Actively contribute to the setting up and development of the network of Coffee Bards, acting as an Indirect Leader for this group.
• Own the execution of the Coffee Expertise Training Program in collaboration with HR and the Coffee Bard Community.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of the content in the local adaptation/translation of any coffee-related communication material/scripts.
• Act as the local Sensory Referent, supporting other internal stakeholders in this mission.
• Support the PR, trade, and marketing teams in external communication, events, product launches, and fairs.
• Monitor local and international relevant trends and report these to local management & HQ.
• Translate external trends to possible actions (New Initiatives, Internal Q&As).

Requirements for Role of Coffee Ambassador

• A University Degree, ideally in marketing or a related field with ties to commerce.
• Experience in providing internal training on coffee knowledge.
• 2+ years of experience in public speaking, interacting with media and aligning with premium brand standards.
• Natural inclination and fit within a high-end brand setting, coupled with experience in marketing and brand management.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Coffee Expertise: Strong knowledge of coffee and its nuances to represent the brand’s authority in public communications.
• Public Speaking – Brand Representation: Exceptional public speaking skills and capacity to represent the brand’s public face and voice, effectively participating in media interviews and external presentations.
• Communication: Fluent in English and Arabic is a plus. Ability to adapt coffee content for local audiences and offer expert insights on key messaging.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Strong skills in stakeholder management, both internal and external.
• Event Support: Assist in the conceptualization and execution of brand events.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on local and international coffee trends.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all initiatives and activities are in line with the broader communication strategies.
