The American University in the Emirates (AUE) is seeking qualified and highly motivated Visiting and Part-Time Faculty Members specializing in Strategic Management and Leadership to join the College of Business Administration (COBA) for the Academic Year 2025–2026 in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for accomplished academics and industry professionals to contribute their expertise to an AACSB-accredited business college. Courses and Specialization Areas
Faculty assigned to this position may be required to teach undergraduate courses in one or more of the following specializations: Organizational Creativity, Leadership, and Strategic Management. Since these subjects lie at the intersection of business theory and real-world managerial practice, candidates who bring both strong academic credentials and relevant professional management experience are particularly encouraged to apply. Additionally, the ability to engage students with current industry case studies, strategic frameworks, and leadership models will greatly enhance the effectiveness of instruction in these courses.
Key Responsibilities of Faculty Members
Visiting and part-time faculty members at AUE are responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in line with the college’s academic standards and AACSB accreditation requirements. In addition, faculty are expected to assess student work rigorously, provide constructive feedback, and support students through academic advising as needed. Moreover, part-time faculty may be invited to participate in departmental meetings, contribute to curriculum review discussions, and engage in professional service activities that align with AUE’s mission of academic excellence and community engagement throughout the semester.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Business Administration, or a closely related field from an internationally accredited institution. Additionally, a record of scholarly research and publications in peer-reviewed academic journals is required. Prior teaching experience at the university level in courses related to Strategic Management or Leadership is highly valued. Furthermore, candidates with professional experience in senior management, organizational consulting, or corporate strategy roles will have a strong advantage, as practical insights greatly enrich student learning in this field.

Compensation and Benefits
AUE offers competitive remuneration for visiting and part-time faculty positions, commensurate with academic qualifications and relevant experience. The estimated salary range for this position is AED 12,000 to AED 22,000 per month.
