Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences (MBRU) in Dubai is seeking an experienced CME Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Office of Continuing Medical Education (OCME). Additionally, this senior full-time position is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining ACCME accreditation, and providing strategic leadership for all CME activities. The CME Manager will report to senior leadership and play a pivotal role in advancing the quality and impact of continuing medical education. Key Responsibilities

As CME Manager at MBRU, you will oversee and maintain institutional Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) accreditation and ensure compliance across all CME activities. Moreover, you will establish and enforce institutional CME mission, vision, and policies governing CME activity while providing regular strategic reports to senior leadership and governing bodies. In addition, you will manage day-to-day OCME operations, review activity reports for quality and compliance, and prepare and monitor the annual OCME budget. Furthermore, you will conduct staff appraisals, support professional development of OCME employees, submit annual CME reports to the CME Committee, and develop recommendations for continuous improvement.
