Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers is presently accepting applications from suitable candidate for the job role of Cluster E Commerce Manager. The role holder is responsible for reporting to the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing this role is all about driving the E Commerce product and Sales strategy to elevate the brand experience, and increase customer confidence to book online and drive conversion. This role is both strategic and operational. On one hand, this role will take management of the direct to customer sales channel and secondly be a key enabler to drive the brands online and offline presence. This role will be responsible for identifying and converting market opportunities, developing partnerships, refining user experience, and building out the DNA of the brand.
Responsibilities of Cluster E Commerce Manager
- Support the development, maintenance and execution of the online business strategy for Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers & Novotel & Ibis Abu Dhabi Gate Hotels.
- Measure weekly/monthly sales performance, reporting on key insights and opportunities to grow the business unit’s KPIs in Revenue, Margin and NPS.
- Lead, train and support the merchandising team.
- Ensuring products are enriched accurately and on time by the team to maximize trade potential with competitive pricing and detailed descriptions that drive business outcomes.
- Ensuring the website delivers an exceptional customer experience and sales growth.
- Responsible for creation and execution of programs, product launches and promotional calendar planning.
- Collaborating & coordinating with operational team on required photography and copy to elevate our products online.
- Developing new and existing relationships with our B2B partnered suppliers through the partnership team.
Requirements of Cluster E Commerce Manager
- Bachelor Degreeor equivalent .
- 3+ years of experience in an e-Commerce/merchandising role within a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
