Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate is presently recruiting suitably qualified and skilled candidate for the role of Cluster E Commerce Executive. The role holder will be responsible for driving online sales, managing our online presence, and developing and executing online marketing campaigns to increase revenue and brand awareness.

Responsibilities of Cluster E Commerce Executive

• Manage and optimize our online booking platforms, including the hotel website and third-party websites, to maximize online sales and revenue.
• Create and implement online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
• Monitor and analyze website and social media analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage with customers and increase brand loyalty.
• Manage online reviews and reputation management to ensure positive brand image and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and engaging content for online platforms.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements of Cluster E Commerce Executive

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in E commerce or Digital Marketing in the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Experience with online booking platforms, online marketing campaigns, and social media management.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues and opportunities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
• Knowledge of the UAE hospitality industry and market trends is preferred.
