Responsibilities of Cluster Chief Steward

• Assigns the steward team to their areas and updates on any special cleaning.
• Plans and develops structured cleaning schedules for all areas of the business.
• Ensures all available resources are provided for the stewarding team and that the maintenance of this equipment is managed.
• Follows up on assignments, and makes sure tasks are completed in by deadlines and in a quality manner.

Requirements of Cluster Chief Steward

• Diploma/ Certificate in hospitality Management .
• 2-3 year proven experience in Stewarding.
• Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms.
