Job Purpose of A Clinical Learning Specialist

To support and guide development of employee competence through the facilitation of various clinical learning and development programmes and deliver training interventions that will enable clinical licensing for clinical employees in line with regulatory requirements.

Duties of A Clinical Learning Specialist

• Identify & assess learning and development needs of employees.
• Develop learning and development interventions that effectively address learning needs.
• Deliver planned learning and development activities.
• Plan and facilitate the nursing orientation for new nurses.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of learning and development interventions.
• Document and report the outcome of learning and development interventions.

Qualification & Experience
