Responsibilities of Clinic Assistant

• Creates a positive patient experience at our facility. Exhibits a proactive approach toward ensuring excellent patient care.
• Assists in the daily functioning of the unit/department in support of patient care while maintaining confidentiality.
• Assisting Physicians at the time of seeing patients in the clinics.
• Supports the successful achievements of Clinic Operations strategic goals.
• Escorts patient whenever need arise throughout the hospital premises.
• Demonstrates knowledge of all hospital services and facilities.
• Assists departments with their transportation needs throughout the hospital.

Qualifications & Experience

Following is the eligibility criteria for the role of Clinic Assistant at Fakeeh University Hospital:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with customer service principles.
• Experience with clinical procedures desirable.
