Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is presently recruiting suitably qualified and skilled candidate for the role of Client Services and Sales Advisor. The job holder is responsible to ensure an exceptional customer experience while actively promoting and selling our products or services. This role requires a unique blend of customer service skills, sales acumen, and in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered by the company.

Responsibilities of Client Services and Sales Advisor

  • Ensure timely turnaround time in processing new application forms, client correspondence via [telephone, email] Call, a priori, on new clients offering a welcome call, introduce our products and services and contact details.
  • Provide excellent customer service through various channels, such as phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Actively promote and sell company products or services to meet sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products to existing clients.
  • Stay informed about product updates, features, and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our offerings.
  • Provide product demonstrations or training sessions as needed.
  • Resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner, while collaborating with other departments as necessary.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher levels of management when required.
  • Assists the manager in charge with special projects such as marketing campaigns, implementing new policies, designing service manuals and any admin / IT branch requirements.
  • Guide clients experiencing difficulty in dealing with ADIB Securities online services.
  • Attend staff meetings, team meetings, and on-site training as scheduled to improve professional skills.

Requirements of Client Services and Sales Advisor

The requirements of Client Services and Sales Advisor are as under:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the relevant field.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Dynamism and dedication to customer services.
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English language.
  • Skill in handling customers’ telephone calls and emails.
