Seddiqi Holding is actively seeking a candidate for the role of Client Relations Executive in Corniche Rd W, Al Kasir, Al Marina, Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 8000-15000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Client Relations Executive
- Client Experience: Greet customers when they enter the store and give a positive first impression.
- Create a memorable experience for all clients being celebrated in the boutique.
- Make sure the VIP visitors are comfortably seated and provided with their hospitality requirements, including refreshments, coffee, tea, and water.
- Assess the requirements of the clients and channel it to appropriate sales team member within the boutique.
- Manage the reception of clients according to the maximum capacity allowed within the BTQ to ensure every walk in is attended by a sales consultant.
- Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills while interacting with queuing clients.
- Interduce the client to the reception process (aftersales, allocation, normal walk in) process within the Boutique.
- Manage client appointment system in coordination with the boutique team.
- Ensure a meticulous operation for scheduled celebration well in advance (Instore client celebrations)
- Maintain a good relationship with vendors and suppliers supplying all celebration related orders.
- Capture all interactions with visiting clients (walk-in allocation after sales) in SIMS for better visibility for management.
- Team Management: Ensure hospitality team presence all the time around the VIP lounge to swiftly attend to the client’s hospitality orders.
- Present self as a role model demonstrating top class appearance, hygiene and conduct for self and hospitality team.
- Manage the roster of the hospitality team.
- Be proactive and identify areas of improvement and share feedback
- Boutique Operations: Know-how of all facilities in the boutique.
What you will do more
- To ensure timely replenishment of boutique hospitality supplies such as water, coffee capsules, milk, refreshments, glassware and cups.
- Coordinate with the Boutique Manager and furnish them with a comprehensive report detailing the events and activities that took place within the boutique the previous day.
- Proactively Inform Boutique Manager about potential customer complaints/ frequent customers inquiries.
Requirements for Role of Client Relations Executive
- A Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality or aviation.
