Client Experience Coordinator Mediclinic Dubai Mall

Mediclinic Dubai Mall is currently seeking an experienced and talented Client Experience Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This job opportunity was recently announced by the company with the reference number 47493. The role holder will oversee, manage and monitor the overall patient and client experience, including the provision of relevant information of VIP and international patients and support the front office team with patient administration and coordination services.

Responsibilities of Client Experience Coordinator

• To attend to all current and prospective patient queries related to health packages offered by the Clinic in an effective and efficient manner.
• To monitor and oversee the patient journey experience of all VIP and international patients visiting the Clinic.
• Effectively manage all administrative matters related to the accounts for governmental clients.
• To supervise, support and coordinate the activities of patient administrators when required.

Role Requirements

Following are the requirements for the role of Client Experience Coordinator at Mediclinic:

Education

• Secondary school education (Grade 12) is essential.
• Relevant degree or diploma in the field of medical science or finance/accounting is desirable.

Experience

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in a customer services position, preferably in healthcare.

Knowledge & Job Skills

• Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
• Understanding of Client service and related management principles.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Financial management principles.
• Knowledge of UAE healthcare industry.
• Understanding of billing and other healthcare related rules and policies.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic will be an advantage).
