Job Description

Chalhoub Group is searching for candidates for the job role of a Client Advisor who embody the Zimmermann brand, bringing optimism, creativity and sophistication to everything they do. Candidates with experience in a luxury retail environment, and who are passionate about creating an elevated and memorable client service experience. They value impeccable attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to achieve goals! This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 5000-10000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of Client Advisor

  • Providing their clients with a memorable shopping experience.
  • Establishing and developing relationships with Zimmermann clients.
  • Achieving sales targets and upholding Zimmermann brand standards including store presentation and stock and inventory.

Requirements for Role of Client Advisor

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 years experience within a client facing role in Fashion retail.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Ability to build strong, genuine relationships with clients.
  • Excellent organization skills and high attention to detail
  • Passion for creating an amazing client experience that exceeds the client’s expectations.
  • Enthusiastic team player.
