Job Description

CPL Aromas is hiring a dedicated cleaner to support the hygiene and maintenance of their fragrance production and office facilities. The role is critical in ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment that meets health and industry-specific standards. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in industrial or facility cleaning, especially in manufacturing or laboratory environments.

Location and Work Type

  • Location: Dubai
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Shift: Day shift

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean all areas: warehouse, labs, production, and offices
  • Do deep cleaning in busy areas once a month
  • Handle and sort waste (hazardous, recyclable, general)
  • Keep supplies stocked in shared areas
  • Follow health and safety rules
  • Help with extra cleaning tasks when asked
  • Keep all workspaces neat and clean

Requirements

  • Must-Have: High school diploma or similar
  • Can read, write, and follow basic instructions
  • At least 1 year of cleaning experience 
  • Pays attention to detail and cares about cleanliness
  • Can work alone or in a team
  • Knows basic safety rules
  • Preferred: Has used stackers or forklifts
  • Knows food industry cleaning standards
  • Knows how to handle hazardous waste
  • Speaks extra languages like Arabic or Hindi
