Duties of A Chinese Business Development Professional

• Responsible to achieve and exceed all tasks and objectives set by HOD in a timely manner.
• Screens potential brokers (Individual & Corporate) with the objective of promoting Damac products.
• Ensures that assigned Brokers (Individual & Corporate) receive highest level of support (Training, Onboarding, coaching, etc.) to achieve sales target.
• Design and implement effective Route to Market (RTM) based on Customer Needs, Broker type and resources.
• Leverage Damac Customer & Agent programs (Client Fly Ins, Agent Fly ins Partnership Program, Direct RD Shows, Agent Evets, IUC program, etc.) to maximize sales and achieve targets within the assigned territory
• Educate the Corporate brokers and their staff on how to utilize DAMAC Agent portal to close deals, view inventory, make payments and generate consistent business
• Develop and negotiates contracts, integrates contract requirements with business operations.
• Generates and maintains periodical reports in line with company guidelines. Reports daily activities during scouting & Sales trips in the assigned territories.

Eligibility Requirements

Requirements for role of Chinese Business Development Professional are as under:

• Graduate
• 2-3 years of progressive experience in a relevant field.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Knowledge of Chinese customs and business culture.
• Good communication skill is required.
