Dubai Government is presently hiring Child Care Supervisor to Work at The Dubai Foundation for Women & Children working under its patronage. The Dubai Foundation for Women & Children is first authorized non profit shelter & humanitarian care in the UAE to care for women and children who are victims of domestic violence, child abuse and victims of human trafficking. It was established in late 2007 in order to provide victims with immediate shelter, protection and support services, in accordance with international human rights conventions. This vacancy is for all nationalities residing in UAE, however, priority would be given to UAE nationals.

Responsibilities of Child Care Supervisor

• Create a stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment for the children
• Supervising the children’s activities at all times.
• Plan and prepare meals and bottles for, and feed, the children.
• Dress and bathe the children.
• Place the children down for naps and bedtime.
• Perform housework related to child care.
• Role holder will be responsible for washing the children’s clothes, cleaning up after meals, tidying play areas, and washing bottles.
• Work on the development and implementation of age appropriate educational and recreational programs for children.
• Collaborate with educators to enhance the learning experience of children.

Eligibility Criteria For The Role Of Child Care Supervisor

• Intermediate or Secondary Education.
• Atleast 6 months of prior experience of working with children.

Skills And Abilities Desired

• Ability to lead and motivate children.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Background knowledge about childhood education and development.
