- Foster collaboration between departments, ensuring seamless information flow and resource utilisation.
- Lead cross-functional teams in streamlining processes and improving service delivery, exceeding stakeholder expectations.
- Navigate the complexities of the sectors, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimise resource allocation within shared services.
Requirements of Chief Shared Services Officer
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10 years of experience in managing shared services functions.
- Strong functional background.
- Experience working within a large, complex organisation with a diverse business portfolio.
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence.
Skills and Abilities Desired
