Responsibilities of Chief Officer

• Prepare and update clear and approved criteria regarding procedures for tickets booking, hotels reservations, visa requisitions for foreign consulates and embassies and develop a mechanism to ensure workflow with the concerned departments.
• Supervise the provision of a clear mechanism and manual for parking users in the main building and multistorey parking according to the procedures followed.
• Supervise the services of providing and distributing security personnel in RTA buildings and audit them through their compliance with all instructions related to security and protection of facilities in coordination with the Department of Security and monitoring.
• Supervise the reception of the main building of the Roads and Transport Authority.
• Supervise the provision of all services provided by the General Services Section to all institutions and sectors in the Authority through the system of automation according to SLA.

Requirements of Chief Officer

• Bachelor / Higher Diploma in Business Administration from a recognized University.
• 0-2 years of working experience.

Skills and Abilities Desired

• Excellent Project management skills.
