Mediclinic is seeking an experienced candidate for the role of Chief of Staff at Mediclinic Parkview Hospital in Dubai. The successful applicant will provide clinical leadership and guidance, including operational support to the team through the embedment and continuous improvement of clinical services, standards and governance aimed at achieving best in class patient safety and quality standards.

Duties as Chief of Staff

• Maintaining a balance between running an active clinical practice and performing clinical leadership and oversight for the business unit will be a standard part of the job.
• To provide leadership and guidance to the clinical team.
• Provide oversight of Physiotherapy (Rehabilitation), Dietetics, Occupational Health and other relevant allied health services.
• To support the implementation of the business unit and group clinical strategy.
• To monitor, guide and improve quality management, clinical risk and governance processes both at business unit and corporate level.
• To monitor, guide and improve quality management, clinical risk and governance processes at business unit and Corporate level.

Eligibility Criteria for Chief of Staff

For the role of Chief of Staff at Mediclinic, following are the required qualifications and experience:

• Medical Degree with a speciality area from an accredited institution.
• A Degree in business administration will be an advantage.
• At least 5-8 years’ experience as a senior clinician.
• Relevant experience in hospital operations is desired.

• Policies, procedures, requirements, and regulations related to the management and administration of the clinical function.
• Quality improvement processes and the ability to maintain and improve quality standards.
