The Chief Digital and Innovation Officer (CDIO) at King’s College Hospital London in King’s College Hospital London, Dubai Hills, Dubai, UAE will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving the digital transformation and innovation agenda across their Dubai facilities. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Chief Digital & Innovation Officer

  • Will develop and implement digital and information technology strategies aligned with the hospital’s overall strategic objectives.
  • Will oversee all digital and IT systems in Dubai, ensuring their reliability, security and alignment with business goals.
  • The CDIO will lead initiatives to optimize processes, improve services, and drive innovation across the organization.
  • Will collaborate with senior leadership and various stakeholders to understand their technology needs and priorities, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Additionally, will build strong relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage expertise and resources for technology initiatives.

Requirements for Role of Chief Digital & Innovation Officer

  • A master’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with management studies preferred.
  • 2+ years experience in digital and information technology leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in an equivalent position within a healthcare organisation.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex technology projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Deep understanding of emerging technologies and trends, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve common goals.
  • Highly self-motivated, flexible, and adept at problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
