Chief Corporate Excellence Officer at Dubai Sports Council will be hired to lead and oversee initiatives focused on achieving organizational excellence and driving continuous improvement across all aspects of company’s operations.

Role of Chief Corporate Excellence Officer

• Implementing plans, regulations, legislation, programs, work mechanisms, procedures, and policies related to implementing institutional excellence processes.
• Contribute to setting quality standards for the activities and events presented at the Council in terms of the possibility of applying excellence processes.
• Contributing to the preparation of the Council’s participation files in the Corporate Excellence Awards in general and the requirements of the Dubai Government Excellence Program.
• Prepare documents , and supporting organizational units in the stages of preparing nomination requests.
• Ensuring documents compliance with the program’s standards and requirements.
• Develop a mechanism to measure the impact of institutional excellence initiatives.
• Submit development proposals in coordination with the organizational units of the Council.
• Participate in preparing specialized studies on the goals of institutional excellence and the benefits achieved, in addition to preparing studies related to the laws of quality and institutional excellence.

Requirements of Chief Corporate Excellence Officer

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 years of experience.

Skills and Abilities Desired

• Fluent in English.
• Sports Exerciser.
• Good communication skills.
