Chief Analyst Roads & Transport Authority Dubai

• Participate in preparing the Department Revenue Master plan to ensure achieving set targets.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Participate in proposing contractual Templates.
• Participate in preparing PPP and BOT RFPs.
• Analysis Investment Claims and Variations .
• Analyse statistical data and reports to identify causes of events problems and develop recommendations for improvement

Requirements of Chief Analyst

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Financial Studies or Business Administration from a recognized university.
• 6 years of working experience. 

Skills and Abilities Desired

• Contracts Management.
• Quantitative and statistical skills to review analyse and present data in a format usable by non-quantitative executives and decision makers.
• Fluent in English as this is a client-facing role.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results driven.

• Should enjoy working in a team and be able to solve problems and resolve issues in an amicable manner.
