Chef de Partie at DAMACE Group in DAMAC Executive Heights, TECOM, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, PO Box 2195 Dubai, UAE is responsible to take care of the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standards and qualities being proactive, creative and result driven. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 5000-10000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Chef de Partie Pastry

• Prepare and properly garnish all food orders as they are received in accordance with menu specifications, insuring proper plate presentation.
• Responsible for the sequence of the breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.
• Check that all the refrigerators are cleaned, set-up the work station for the day.
• The employee must ensure the delivery of all products, report any short deliveries to their supervisor, and inspect for any products that do not meet the required quality standards.
• Follows proper safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
• The chef maintains an exact record of preparation, cooking, and presentation specifications for all dishes produced in the section, keeping this file at the section at all times for reference.
• Cooperate in creating decorations in the buffet area for restaurant and meeting rooms.
• Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements for Role of Chef de Partie Pastry

• High School Diploma.
• A total of 5-7 years Culinary experience.
• 3 years minimum in a similar role in a 5 * international environment.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Organized and well planned.
• Able to work with speed and efficiency throughout maintaining positive attitude.
