Responsibilities of A Chef De Partie

• Participate in the preparation of food items according to guest orders of consistent good quality as well as production and presentation standards.
• Set up station for breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
• Start food items that are prepared ahead of time, making sure not to prepare beyond estimated needs/quantity.
• Train, motivate, recommend discipline and supervise the work of kitchen employees, amply meeting all cultural & core standards.
• Operate, maintain & properly clean kitchen equipment, including deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron and flat top grill.

Job Requirements For Chef De Partie

• High school education, cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years culinary or related work experience.
• Cold kitchen with sushi/sashimi experience is must.
