Preparing and cooking food, maintaining quality and hygiene standards and collaborating with the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Job Duties As A Chef De Partie At Four Seasons Resort Dubai At Jumeirah Beach

  • Participates in the preparation of food items according to guest orders meeting the quality standards.
  • Set up station for breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
  • Start food items that are prepared ahead of time and check that no food is prepared beyond estimated needs.
  • Train, motivate and supervise the work of kitchen employees to meet all the cultural and core standards.
  • Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment.

Qualification & Experience


  • High school education, cooking school or culinary institute education.


  • Minimum two years culinary or related work experience.
