Job Description

Emirates Airline is seeking candidates for the job position of a Change Specialist Avature Implementation Project in Dubai, UAE. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving organisational change management activities associated with the implementation of new ATS, Onboarding and CRM System. The role holder will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition, user adoption, and realisation of business benefits. The Change Specialist will play a key role in developing and implementing change strategies, communication plans, and training programs to support the successful adoption of the new System across the organisation.

Responsibilities of Change Specialist Avature Implementation Project

  • Change Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the system implementation project goals.
  • Identify key stakeholders and create tailored engagement plans to ensure their support and involvement throughout the change process.
  • Communication Management: Design and implement effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about the system implementation progress, benefits, and impact on their roles.
  • Collaborate with internal communications teams to create engaging and informative materials.
  • Training and Development: Assess training needs and develop a training plan to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to use the new system.
  • Coordinate the delivery of training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure users are proficient in system functionalities.
  • Resistance Management: Identify potential areas of resistance and proactively address concerns through targeted interventions.
  • Work closely with project teams to develop strategies for overcoming resistance and fostering a positive attitude towards change.
  • Metrics and Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of change management initiatives.
  • Regularly assess and report on the adoption and impact of the system, making adjustments to the change strategy as needed.

Requirements for Role of Change Specialist Avature Implementation Project

The eligibility requirements for role of Change Specialist Avature Implementation Project are as under:

  • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Development, or any other relevant field.
  • 5+ years of Proven experience in change management for HR System implementations or similar projects.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
