The role of Center Admin Manager at ADNOC is to lead and manage the operations of the Occupational Health Services center, ensuring efficient service delivery. The center admin manager will ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, government regulations and maintain a high-quality working environment. He or she will manage the financial performance revenue and costs for the center. This is a Mid level, full time career opportunity and salary ranges from 12000-25000 AED per month.

Principal Accountabilities Of Center Admin Manager

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Occupational Health Services center, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, and administrative staff from admin perspectives.
  • Develop and implement protocols and procedures for occupational health assessments, screenings, and employee wellness programs.
  • Collaborate with employers and corporate clients to understand their occupational health needs and tailor services accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Manage the scheduling of occupational health appointments and screenings, optimizing resource allocation.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of occupational health services, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in occupational health.
  • Manage and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with finance department to track expenses, revenue streams and ensure accurate financial reporting.

  • Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors to maximize revenue and minimize costs.

  • Lead and oversee the overall administration of the center, ensuring the delivery of high¬≠ quality healthcare services.

Minimum Requirements

The eligibility requirements for the role of Center Admin Manager are as under:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • Good experience in healthcare administration or healthcare management roles, with a strong understanding of healthcare operations.
