Category Manager Louzan Group Ajman

Louzan Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Fragrance Category Manager in CGFJ+C8V, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Rd, Al Jerf Industrial 1, Ajman, UAE to lead their fragrance category strategy and drive business growth. Candidate will have a deep understanding of fragrance products, market dynamics and consumer behavior, as well as a proven track record of developing and executing successful category strategies. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 12000-25000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Category Manager

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to grow sales and profitability within the fragrance category.
• Manage the fragrance product portfolio, including product assortment, pricing strategies & lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing & supply chain to develop and execute effective sales and marketing plans.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of category strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales strategies, promotional plans & marketing materials to drive fragrance category sales growth.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in fragrance product development and marketing.

Requirements for Role of Category Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in product/category management, preferably in the fragrance industry.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Preferably ARABIC Speaking
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Passion for fragrance products is a plus.
