Nabooda Automobiles is presently hiring qualified candidate for the role of a Cashier in Sharjah. The selected candidate will be responsible to ensure that all cash payments due to the company are received, recorded and paid into the correct bank accounts as stipulated by the Finance Manager. Also deal with customers in an efficient and customer orientated manner as a representative of Al Nabooda Automobiles, delivering excellent customer service & manage petty cash for showroom.

Responsibilities

  • Cash & Cheques: Take cash payment from customer, coordinate with the sales department, ensure that the correct amount has been receive, prepare all documentation require.
  • Receive finance cheques from banks, commercial companies & lease customers; ensure all relevant documentation is complete to allow for accuracy of reports.
  • Prepare documentation require to deposit cash & cheques ensuring that monies are allocate to the correct bank accounts.
  • Petty Cash: Control all documentation pertaining to Petty Cash, ensuring that all monies are account for.
  • Maintain petty cash levels, ensuring levels do not fall below minimum set, requesting cash when required.
  • Reports: Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports as required detailing the mix of cash and cheques.

Requirements for Role of Cashier

  • High school diploma.
  • 1 year of experience as a Cashier.
