Cashier Al Futtaim Retail Dubai

Al-Futtaim Group is currently looking for a dedicated Cashier to join Al-Futtaim Retail in Dubai. The Role is required to oversee and provide support on the cash desk, and in order to assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Duties of A Cashier

Customers

• Handles routine customer complaint promptly and courteously.
• Ensure that customers are dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Greets and welcomes customers on arrival at the store.
• Makes announcements and pages the person the visitors have asked to see.
• Ensures Customers bags safety and security.
• Ensures all customers’ queries are attending in a professional manner.
• Ensures Shopping tools and catalogues are available for the customers.
• Provides bags / trollies as appropriate.

Operational

• Ensure all system procedures are as per policy / procedure.
• Booking IKEA services (Home Delivery, Assembly, Measurement).
• Follow up on out of stock articles in self-serve.
• Suggests improved ways of working going forwards.
• Understands the impact of increasing sales with Shopping Tools.
• Briefs the Duty Manager on complaints that require management assistance.

Requirements For A Cashier

• University degree in the relevant field.
• 2 years experience in a similar role.
