Job Description
The Carwash Business ManagerĀ at CAFU will be responsible for revenue growth and asset (mobile units) growth within the Carwash vertical. You will be sitting in a team that collaborates closely with Operations, Growth, Data and Product. As part of the Business team, you will be responsible for the commercial success of the Carwash vertical. You will acquire and grow the number of āProducersā (operating partners) on the CAFU app and will ultimately be accountable for hyper growth of assets on the platform, need to be resourceful, a great communicator, and decisive in commercial engagements. You will need to be comfortable dealing with detail and big-picture on a day-to-day basis.
Duties of A Carwash Business Manager
Producer and asset growth
- Oversee a sales funnel to acquire new producers.
- Manage the commercial relationship with producers, agree pricing and commissions.
- Work with Legal team on license agreements and negotiating terms with producers.
- Work closely with Operations for successful onboarding of producers.
- Negotiate and win commitments from producers to increase their assets on the platform.
- Manage relationships with CAFU lease partners and suppliers to create attractive asset deals.
- Expand the vertical into new territories.
Revenue growth
- Work closely with the growth team to plan campaigns and promotions.
- Negotiate promotional deals with key partners and producers.
- Work with operations team to increase utilization of assets and grow performance.
- Own relationship with producers and discover opportunities for growth, whether via product feature, geographic expansion, or customer need.
- Be invested in the success of Producers and understand how to solve for conversion and utilization.
- Increase the zone penetration of the vertical by negotiating partnerships with communities and residential areas where CAFU doesnāt have access Grow the B2B business.
- Create a range of commercial offerings with producers for B2B clients.
- Nurture a client funnel and define business cases for B2B car wash.
- Work with Operations for smooth B2B experience for producer and client Reporting.
- Report on a daily, weekly, monthly and periodic basis on the performance of the business vertical.
- Report on revenue and growth KPIs.
- Create business models and forecasts.
- Accountability and upward management of Bolt Business Managerās targets and expectations.
- Work closely with data team to create business dashboards Other.
- Entrepreneur mindset, highly focused and ambitious in contributing to CAFUās overall revenue.

Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility requirements for role of Carwash Business Manager are as under:
- Minimum Bachelorās Degree in any related subject.
- 6+ yearsā experience in a related commercial setting.
- Prior experience in logistics, auto industry or platform startups is a plus.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Proven track record in previous sales or account roles with high value partners.
- Commercial āhustleā and creativity, excellent relationship builder and negotiator.
- Analytical and backs up decisions with good data.
- Financial numeracy for forecast modeling and target setting.
