Job Title

Cargo Agent – DWC

Responsibilities

  • Stick to airline rules and SLAs for cargo handling.
  • Help loaders with cargo build-up, breakdown, and delivery.
  • Process paperwork for cargo, courier, and mail.
  • Punch data into cargo systems fast and accurate.
  • Work with customs, health, or police for smooth cargo flow.
  • Handle special cargo like dangerous goods or live animals per IATA rules.
  • Run tow trucks or forklifts to move loads.
  • Load and unload cargo from ULDs, planes, and trucks.
  • Keep safety and quality standards high.
  • Flag safety issues to the team leader quick.
  • Stay ready for assigned tasks on time.
  • Keep the work area safe and tidy.

Requirements

Education

High school diploma (12 years) or related diploma.

Experience

2-4 years in logistics or cargo operations.

Skills

  • Solid IT skills for cargo systems.
  • Good English for clear communication.
  • Sharp eye for detail in documentation.
  • Team vibe with a customer service focus.
  • Stamina for physical tasks and equipment use.
  • Cool under pressure in a busy hub.
