Doubletree By Hilton Business Bay is looking to hire suitably skilled and devoted candidate for role of Careline Runner. The role holder is responsible for supporting Guest operations and delivering room service, and guest room amenities to the guest room delivering creating excellent food and beverage & room experience, exceeding guest expectations.

Responsibilities of Careline Runner

• Receive orders and serve customer requests completely in a timely manner, including but not limited to serving as a barista or cocktail attendant/bartender, if required.
• Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities.
• Manage guest requests in line with company brand standards.
• Keep your service area clean, tidy, and well-prepared.
• Efficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts.
• Answer Guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.
• Stocks and inventories supply closets and storage areas.
• Clears all landings and hallways of runner supplies and puts them in an appropriate storage area or brings them to CARELine office.
• Makes cleans, and inventories rollaways and cribs to prepare for future use.
• Report maintenance and hazard issues.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.

Requirements of Careline Runner

• High school diploma or certification in hospitality.
• Previous laundry experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
