About the Role

The Careers and Futures Administrator at Dubai College plays a central role in the smooth and effective delivery of the school’s Careers and Futures programme. The postholder provides high-quality administrative and organisational support, ensuring that events, visits, employer partnerships, and student communications are expertly coordinated. Furthermore, the role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities simultaneously and communicate effectively with students, staff, parents, and external partners. Moreover, the administrator will help ensure that opportunities are well-organised, purposeful, and genuinely beneficial to the student body.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the planning and delivery of careers events, talks, and visits
• Manage communications between students, staff, parents, and external partners
• Maintain and update the Careers and Futures digital platforms and resources
• Support the scheduling and logistics of employer engagement and mentoring programmes
• Monitor and track student participation and engagement in Careers activities
• Develop and maintain accurate records and databases for the Careers department
• Contribute to the promotion of Careers events through school communications channels
• Liaise with universities, colleges, and employers to facilitate student opportunities
• Provide administrative support during university application and UCAS periods
• Assist with the preparation of reports and data for the Careers team and leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in an administrative or events coordination role
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Experience working in an educational or professional services environment preferred
• DBS check or equivalent international police clearance required
