Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations on Club Rotana floors and lounge.
  • Ensure high visitor satisfaction by offering tailored services.
  • Assist with guest check-ins, preferences, and special requests.
  • Maintain current knowledge of hotel services, discounts, and local attractions.
  • Keep an eye on how well workers are doing their jobs and help them learn when they need it..
  • Check the guest arrivals and VIP lists, and get the amenities ready.
  • Respond quickly to guest inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and ambiance of the executive lounge.
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Track supplies, manage inventory, and report shortfalls.
  • Stay available during busy periods and guest interactions.
  • Take feedback from guests and suggest service improvements.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping for guestroom readiness.
  • Support administrative tasks linked to Club Rotana operations.
  • Follow safety, grooming, and hospitality protocols.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field

Experience

2 to 4 years in hotel front office or food and beverage services

Skills

  • Confident communication and guest-handling skills

  • Strong knowledge of Opera or similar hotel software
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good decision-making and leadership traits
