Job Description
Call Centre Agent at University of Wollongong Dubai is responsible to reporting to the Sales Team Leader, this role has overall responsibility for screening perspective student leads to determine their level of interest and validity. The role requires the application of relevant and targeted sales and customer service techniques along with the ability to engage with students proactively.
Responsibilities of Call Centre Agent
- Make outbound calls to prospective students leads per the daily tasks, sales KPI’s and plans set sales team leader.
- Pro active follow up with candidates to achieve set daily targets. Book qualified and interested candidates for phone call back with the relevant admissions advisor (sales team).
- Update students’ details into the CRM accurately and maintain records of students’ interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with students registered for open days and bootcamps to confirm their attendance.
- Actively demonstrate the UOW Global Enterprises Corporate Values (passion, innovation, integrity, collaboration, courage, excellence).
Job Requirements of Call Centre Agent
- Minimum a high school.
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in a call centre environment.
- Basic working knowledge and experience in MS Excel.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Fluency in English language.
- Effective communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic language is desirable.
