Responsibilities of Call Center Representative
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
- Document and update customer information in the system.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the call center team for efficient operations.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements of Call Center Representative
- High school degree or equivalent
- Previous experience of Less than 1 Year in customer service.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using call center software.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
