Responsibilities of Call Center Representative

• Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional and friendly manner.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues.
• Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution.
• Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Accurately input customer information and interactions into the system.
• Update customer records as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
• Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements of Call Center Representative

• High school degree or equivalent
• Previous experience of Less than 1 Year in customer service.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
