Responsibilities of Call Center Representative
- Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional and friendly manner.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues.
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution.
- Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurately input customer information and interactions into the system.
- Update customer records as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements of Call Center Representative
- High school degree or equivalent
- Previous experience of Less than 1 Year in customer service.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic computer skills for data entry.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
