Duties as Call Center Operator

• Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquettes.
• Identify patient’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage patients by taking the extra mile.
• Keep records of all conversations in company’s call center database in a comprehensible way.
• Protects patient confidentiality.
• Manage inbound calls to ensure effective and timely resolution of customer issues.
• Calm angry or frustrated customers and ensure their challenges or issues are addressed properly.
• Responsible to attend to external queries in line with relevant hospital policies and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with set standards of customer service when conversing with patients.
• Operate computer and IT equipment such as switchboards, headset etc.
• Escalate complex issues to more experienced call center operators for proper resolution.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the role of Call Center Operator at Health & Medical Services Co. , you must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferable.
• 2- 5 years of experience in Customer Service and Communications.
