The Real Estate industry in Dubai is currently seeking candidate for the position of Call Center Agent to join them. This is a mid career, full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 3501 AED to 4000 AED which may be slightly negotiable during the interview.
Responsibilities of Call Center Agent
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Listen actively to customers’ needs and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions and assistance.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges, and assist customers with product or service-related queries.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling metrics, customer satisfaction scores, and quality assurance standards.
Requirements for the role of Call Center Agent
The requirements for the said job are as following.
- High School Diploma is plus.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years in relevant call center role.
