• Listen actively to customers’ needs and concerns, and provide appropriate solutions and assistance.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, and escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
• Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges, and assist customers with product or service-related queries.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
• Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling metrics, customer satisfaction scores, and quality assurance standards.

Requirements for the role of Call Center Agent
