The Call Center Agent (Technical Services Coordinator) at Modern Pharmaceutical LLC in Sheikha Mariam Bldg, Al Maktoum Road, Deira, Dubai, UAE will contribute to the success of the team and the organization in achieving the vision of the division and MPC by administering service team coordination, scheduling customer service calls, audit preparation, filling, orders process, customer’s survey. This is an Entry level full time job. And salary can range between 4000-5000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Call Center Agent

  • Administers efficient and effective communication and feedback channels with colleagues.
  • Handling customer’s complaint, fill-up all information in customer complaint form and maintain a complaint log file.
  • Responds promptly to customer needs and meets commitments.
  • Solicits customer feedback to improve services.
  • Receiving service calls from customers via calls and emails and assign it to relevant service Engineers as per the engineer’s skills matrix.
  • Managing engineers’ appointments, schedule & timing.
  • Report service call appointment schedule and service calls lists to service supervisor and service manager once it required.
  • Receiving customer service-related inquiries and providing quotations related to engineer’s confirmation of the required part numbers or service commitment.
  • Receiving installation requests and installation documents from sales admins.
  • Report installation job status to sales, sales admin & finance.
  • Notify service sales team on warranty ends and providing and initiate the service contract lead with customer.
  • Preparing warranty claim and send it to relevant suppliers as per each supplier policy.
  • Follow up on warranty claim status and approvals.

Requirements for Role of Call Center Agent

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 1-2 years experience in customer service and call center operations.
  • Solid experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Relative experience with customers complaint/survey program.
  • Relative experience in CRM & Computerized Maintenance and Management System.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

Fluent in both Arabic & English Language reading and writing.
