Responsibilities of Call Center Agent
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Provide information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.
- Follow call scripts and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with the call center team for efficient operations.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Requirements of Call Center Agent
- High school degree or equivalent
- Previous experience of 1 – 2 Years in customer service.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic call center environment.
- Familiarity with call center software and systems.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
