Responsibilities of Call Center Agent
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance goals
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.
Requirements of Call Center Agent
- High school degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years of Proven experience in a similar role.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM software and call center procedures.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure.
