The selected candidate will be responsible to drive call center performance through outbound and inbound calls in accordance with call center policies and procedures. Responsibilities of Call Center Agent

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries or concerns.
  • Provide information about products / services and address customer needs.
  • Process orders, payments & troubleshoot issues efficiently.
  • Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service.
  • Record accurate and detailed information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements of Call Center Agent

The eligibility requirements for role of Call Centre Agent are as under:

  • Minimum a high school.
  • 1-2 years of Proven experience in same or in a similar role.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work under pressure.
