The healthcare industry is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer focused Call Center Agent to join their team in Dubai. The job holder will handle incoming calls, provide information, and assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities of a Call Center Agent
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues.
- Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of service.
- Enter and update customer information in the database accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Meet call center metrics such as call handling time and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements of a Call Center Agent
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service is a plus.
- UAE residency or work permit is required.
- Proven experience of less than 1 year as a Call Center Agent or in a similar role.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and customer service software.
