Responsibilities of Call Center Agent
- Having full awareness of real estate industry and current market situation.
- Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
- Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Negotiating prices or other sales terms.
- Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
- Arrange viewing in coordination with listing agent and clients.
- Closing deals process.
Requirements of Call Center Agent
- High school degree or equivalent
- Previous experience of 1-2 Years in customer service.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic call center environment.
- Familiarity with call center software and systems.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
