Responsibilities of Call Center Agent

Having full awareness of real estate industry and current market situation.
Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
Negotiating prices or other sales terms.
Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors.
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
Arrange viewing in coordination with listing agent and clients.
Closing deals process.
