The Banking industry in Dubai is currently seeking candidate for the position of Call Center Agent to join them. This is a mid career, full time role. The salary for this role ranges from 3001 AED to 3500 AED which may be slightly negotiable during the interview.
Responsibilities of Call Center Agent
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors.
- Meet performance targets and call handling quotas.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and performance.
- Stay updated on product and service information to provide accurate assistance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Requirements for the role of Call Center Agent
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years as a Call Center Agent or in a similar customer service role.
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Fluency in both English and Tagalog is essential.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly tone.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
- Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
